Yoga, meditation/mindfulness, breathwork, and/or Reiki to clear energy, remove blocks to success, and become aware of beliefs that could be preventing your growth and success.

This helps to open space for creativity and openness within your space while starting to bring awareness.

To create a safe space to heal, we will always go as slowly as the person with the least amount of experience. We show love and support to our teammates, and if anyone has any type of emotional release, we hold space for them to work through it safely and with no judgment. 

REVEAL - Discover Strengths & Alignment

Astrology, tarot, and guided coaching to illuminate your unique gifts and team dynamics.

I meet with the salon owner/leader beforehand to get birthdays of staff, and I'll have everyone's birth chart analysis ready, including the business,  highlighting strengths and growth opportunities.

Any team dynamics that you would like to address or grow will be discussed here, also. 

​

It's all about supporting each other for a safe and productive environment where every team member feels safe enough to share and get feedback from their team. 

REFOCUS - Build Strategy & Skills

Goal setting (team and personal), consultation mastery, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and/or growth planning rooted in clarity.

The possibilities are endless. I will work with the salon owner to personalize based on team and salon needs.
