How We Help
Emergency Stabilization
At 2 of Hearts, we believe that everyone deserves safety, dignity, and a chance to heal. Our Emergency Support & Stabilization program provides immediate, compassionate care for individuals in early recovery who are facing crisis situations.
When someone reaches out to us, we act quickly to address their most urgent needs—safe shelter, nourishing food, and emotional support. We understand that healing begins with stability, and that no one can rebuild their life without first having their basic needs met.
We connect individuals with trauma-informed advocates and support specialists who help navigate next steps with care and respect. This may include crisis intervention, resource coordination, connections to medical or therapeutic services, and support accessing housing or transportation—based on each person’s immediate needs.
Alternative Healing & Recovery Programs
Healing does not end once a crisis has passed—it continues through care, connection, and support. Through our scholarship-based Healing & Recovery Programs, we offer trauma-informed services for individuals in early recovery and those experiencing repeated relapse.
Support may include access to a 12-week VIP healing program, recovery home retreats, and complementary practices such as yoga, breathwork, and creative expression. These offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and the development of sustainable recovery tools—meeting each individual where they are on their healing journey.

Mission
Our mission is to provide emergency stabilization, compassionate support, and holistic alternative healing for survivors of sexual assault and individuals in early recovery. We are dedicated to meeting people where they are—with safety, dignity, and respect—by offering immediate access to food, shelter, and trauma-informed care.
Through a blend of practical assistance and healing-centered approaches, we aim to bridge the gap between crisis and long-term recovery, helping individuals reclaim their power, rebuild their lives, and remember that they are never alone.

Vision
We envision a world where every survivor of trauma, addiction, or assault has immediate access to safety, compassion, and healing—no matter their circumstances. That they are surrounded by love and support when they make the brave choice to ask for help.
Our vision is to create a community rooted in empathy, where no one is left without shelter, food, or hope. Where individuals can receive services in a safe space and are treated with dignity and respect. We strive to break the cycle of crisis by offering trauma-informed support that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit, helping each person reclaim their dignity, rebuild their life, and rediscover their light.
Together, we are building a future where recovery and healing are not privileges—they are human rights.
