Emotion Code healing is a gentle and simple method that helps children release trapped emotions that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or behavior challenges. Kids don’t need to rehash painful experiences—this process is easy, safe, and often feels like a natural reset for their little hearts. Through this healing, children often feel lighter, calmer, and happier. Parents notice improvements in behavior, better communication, and a stronger sense of emotional balance. Most importantly, kids feel safe and supported, which allows them to shine as their true selves. Emotion Code can also help improve family dynamics by clearing away the invisible emotional walls that create conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. As these blocks release, the whole household often feels more peaceful, connected, and harmonious. This is a safe, effective, and loving way to help your child thrive—bringing more joy, cooperation, and balance into daily life. This process is the most effective when you do 3 sessions, once per week. Then the 4th week we integrate and reassess. Child does not have to be present for the session. I can do it and send you a report of what came up. This will help you har an idea of where the trapped emotions are coming from. I will also send some tools that will be helpful after we see what came up. The night of their sessions they may feel a little emotionally raw, so I don’t recommend it when they have any activities going on. They will also sleep really well!
