Cancellation Policy

Due to extended appointment durations and waitlists, a 24-hour advance notice is highly recommended for cancellations. A mandatory 6-hour notice is required. Cancellations and no-shows occurring within the 6-hour window will incur a cancellation fee of $50 to $65, or half of the service price, respectively. An invoice will be issued, and payment is due before the next appointment. We appreciate your understanding of the challenges associated with filling a two-hour time slot without prior notice and the potential impact on our business.
